Terms & Conditions

1. Membership fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

2. Members are not entitled to pause or freeze their membership.

3. The member is fully responsible for their health condition and confirms that they are fit to practice this type of sport.

4. The member must inform the club management of any chronic illnesses or injuries before starting training.

5. The club has the right to request a recent medical report from an accredited authority before or during the membership period.

6. Withholding any medical information constitutes a waiver of the member’s right to claim any compensation against the club.

7. The club is not responsible for injuries or complications resulting from exercises or personal negligence.

8. Members must strictly follow all coaches’ instructions, guidance, and the rules and regulations of the club.

9. Misuse of sports equipment or using it without the supervision of a qualified coach is prohibited.

10. The club is not responsible for any accidents caused by the misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions and regulations.

11. The coach must be informed immediately in case of any fatigue or injury during training.

12. The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s subscription if they are deemed medically unfit.

13. The club reserves the right to modify schedules or close facilities when necessary.

14. Carrying sharp or dangerous objects inside the club is prohibited.

15. Photography or recording inside the club is not allowed without written permission from management.

16. The club is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

17. All members must maintain proper conduct and respect all other members and coaches.

18. Members must wear appropriate sportswear suitable for this type of sport.

19. Any aggressive or destructive behavior will result in the cancellation of the membership without a refund.

20. Smoking or consuming food and drinks inside the club is prohibited.

21. Signing this membership card constitutes the member’s full agreement to all the above terms and conditions.
